How does RSVP work on VOUWA?
Couples import or create their guest list in the admin panel; each guest can receive a personalized link with a ?g= invite token that pre-fills the RSVP form. Without a token, guests enter first and last name and the system avoids duplicates by normalizing input. The form supports confirm or decline, required privacy consent, configurable fields (allergies, dietary restrictions, children, song requests, accommodation when enabled), and a confirmation message after submit. Responses update dashboard stats in real time; couples can export or manage guest groups. An optional RSVP deadline can be set per wedding.
